An order arrives

Three ways, pick any mix:

  • MANUALManual entry on any register. Type a name or ticket number, tap Add. About two seconds. Manual entry →

The staff page on any phone or tablet lists what's making. When a drink is done, one tap. Try it:

The TV updates

The name moves to Ready on the board above, the same second. Customers wait where they can see it instead of at the handoff.

  • First name + last initial, or number only
  • Estimated waits from your prep times and staffing
  • Uncollected orders move to "see staff" on your timer
  • Power cut or dropped Wi-Fi: it comes back and catches up
