They leave a number
Use the receipt or cup number your register already prints. The board shows "Order 47" and never needs a name.

They leave with nothing yet
Pickup Signal assigns the next daily number. Staff write it on the cup as part of the handoff; the "just added" note reminds them.
Add, correct, mark Ready, clear.
One staff link opens two roles: Register is entry-only for the phone up front; Bar sees the full queue and taps Ready.
